We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around, and the host was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!

Marco's apartment was one of the nicest places we've stayed on Airbnb. It felt like a home and not just an empty vacation rental. It was a few minutes' walk to the astronomical clock and Wenceslas Square, but away from bustle of the crowds. The building was extremely quiet, the furniture comfortable. But above all, the A/C worked well, even with the 95° heat. The elevator was in one of the public passages, but this is very common in Prague. Highly recommended.

Ev son derece modern ve temiz. Her türlü olanağa sahip. Sesssiz ve sakin. Dışarda sürekli gürültü olmasına rağmen içeri ses gelmiyor. Merkezde olduğu için her yere yakın. Tavsiye ederim. Aslında beğenmediğim bir şey yok. Fakat bir tezattan bahsedeceğim. Dışardan binaya baktığında eskiyi aynen görüyorsunuz. Fakat eve girdiğinizde her şey değişiyor.

AL CENTRO Di TUTTO Casa molto bella, spaziosa e completa di tutto. Si vede che è tutto molto nuovo e curato con attenzione. In casa si trova anche il necessario per poter preparare qualcosa da mangiare, cosa sempre molto utile durante un soggiorno. La posizione è davvero eccellente: praticamente al centro di tutto. Sotto casa c’è un piccolo e suggestivo mercatino rionale, la piazza principale è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi, il Ponte Carlo è vicinissimo e, in generale, tutto ciò che può servire per una vacanza comoda e rilassante è facilmente raggiungibile. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche grazie all’aiuto di Marco per le piccolissime cose di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Appartamento super consigliato. Spero davvero di poterci tornare presto.

S ubytovaním som bol veľmi spokojný. Byt bol veľmi útulne zariadený a poskytoval všetko potrebné. Napriek tomu, že sa nachádza priamo v centre Prahy, bol veľmi tichý a spolu s kvalitnou posteľou som sa vyspal veľmi dobre 🙂 V okolí ubytovania sa nachádza veľké množstvo reštaurácii, kaviarni, barov, obchodov...

The apartment is in a very convenient and central location, making it easy to explore the city. It is clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Marco was very responsive and offered solutions immediately whenever we reached out. Highly recommended.

Marco is an outstanding host! I greatly appreciate how easy it was to communicate with Marco leading up to and throughout my stay -- I rarely waited longer than 30-45 minutes for a response. Self check-in was a breeze, all details were shared morning of my arrival with clear, concise instructions. The apartment itself is cozy, spacious and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay in Praha. Laundry worked well with the washer and drying rack combo. Bathroom included plenty of soap and conditioner if you need it. Kitchen had the basics like salt, pepper, oil, and pans for cooking along with a cutting board. I thought the location was excellent for walking around with tons of public transit options, as well. Would gladly stay here again. Děkuji mnohokrát, Marco!

Marco's apartment is ideally located to enjoy old town and is very spacious. It is comfortable and very well equipped, and for us the elevate was a great convenience. Big kitchen, nice living room, good size bedroom. We were surprised how quiet it is at night even with the windows open. During the day it was bright with outside light. Thoughtfully well equipped. Handy to have a washing machine and drying rack. If you are driving look into Prague's limited street parking rules and find an 24 hour parade nearby.

It was in an ideal location and had everything we could require nearby, there is a lovely market straight outside which sells souvenirs for a very fair price. The apartment was incredible and modern, it really was cosy, the sofabed was very comfortable as well as the main bed in the bedroom. I would happily stay here again the next time I am in Prague. This is a very small criticism but the elevator would sometimes not work as expected, this isn't anything against the Apartment as it is a great place to stay.

Great place, everything within walking distance and well connected to public transport. Marco is a great host who gave very clear instructions so check in was seamless. Cannot recommend this place enough as your base when visiting Prague.

Sans aucun doute l’un de meilleures bnb que j’ai loué ! Tout était parfait… Le logement était extrêmement propre et spacieux (plus grand qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos). Il est très bien situé en centre ville avec de nombreux bars et restaurants, et malgré tout très calme car il donne sur une cours intérieur. Marco à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, communication clair et précise et bcp de bonne adresse aux alentours. Il y avait tous les produits nécessaires et de première nécessité en cuisine et à la salle de bain. Nous avons été surpris par la qualité de la literie (mieux que chez moi :-)), et les linges étaient comme neufs. Merci à Marco pour toute les bonnes adresses e nous avons particulièrement adoré le petite déjeuner au “Venue”. Si je reviens à Prague ça sera sans aucun doute ma priorité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés…. Encore un grand merci Marco

A great place right around the corner from the Old Town Square yet somehow so peaceful and quiet when you're inside. It is even better (and bigger) than it looks on the photos! We had a great stay, felt really comfortable and just like we were at home when in the apartment. The apartment is accessed within a communal entrance-way, which is shared with some food and other outlets - it was a bit difficult to find on the first time entering. We also struggled a bit with the lift in the building and regularly had to walk up to the 3rd floor, we didn't mind but could be a challenge for some. Marco is a brilliant host. We didn't meet him but his communication was great. The key safe was broken on the day we arrived but Marco let us know in advance and we were able to collect the keys from his office, just a 5 minute walk away. He also gave options for luggage storage before and after check in/out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good value, central stay in Prague!

Excelente estadía en Praga! El lugar es cómodo, bien decorado, con todo lo necesario para la estadía, y muy cerca de todo, caminando. Marco fue un muy buen anfitrión y siempre preocupado. Recomiendo 100% este lugar.

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is absolutely perfect for everything you want to do in Prague, the apartment itself is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was super clean and easy to find, if we had any questions, Marco was free to answer them very quickly. 10/10 for everything, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Prague!

Great modern flat, fully equipped for long stays. Modern design and very comfortable. The flat is also a few minutes walk from Mustek station, and in the old Town, but it's extremely quiet as it is between small pedestrian alleys. Perfectly located to walk around the city. -

Marco was very helpful as our host, accommodating our requests quickly and positively. Marco’s flat is recently renovated and is a very comfortable place to stay. It was well presented on our arrival. It was warm and felt safe. It is in a great location, walkable to all of the main sites in old town Prague. There is a lot to see, and we very much enjoyed our stay. There are many great restaurants to choose from, Marco’s recommendation of Asian Temple on the same street as the flat was a highlight.

Chodíme do Prahy na Vianoce pravidelne / 2 dospelý +2 deti/, toto bolo za mňa fakt zatiaľ najlepšie ubytovanie. Byt je veľký priestranný, samostatná veľká plne vybavená kuchyňa, samostatné WC . Výborná poloha medzi Václavským a Staromestským námestím, v blízkosti stanice metra Mustek. Byt má číslo 13 a je otočený do vnútra bloku, takže úplne ticho, žiadne električky alebo hlučný turisti. Je na 4 poschodí ale majú tu výťah, čo tiež nie vždy samozrejmosť. Prišli sme o 13.00 a majiteľ nám umožnil skoršie ubytovanie. Ďakujem pekne Vilk

our stay was perfect, the apartment was in a prime location only a very short walk to the old town main square central to all the relevant tourist attractions, including being on the same street as the prague Christmas market which was ideal. the apartment was amazing. it was very spacious with a modern design. The flat was also cleaned to a very high standard, with all necessary appliances and luxury’s supplied. marco was extremely helpful and polite, as a host and i would recommend anyone staying in prague to stay in this apartment!!

Excellent location, perfect for a short visit and walking around. Everything is very close and easy to get to. Pleasantly decorated apartment, comfortable sofa, big kitchen, nice beds, good lighting. Excellent hot water in bath. So nice to be so close to everything. Mustik metro stop is very close and convenient - for airport arrival and departure & taking the metro to close metro stops & close-by neighborhoods to get to restaurants and brunch spots. Great stay.

We loved Marco’s apartment. Check-in was easy, and the apartment is in a fantastic location, very quiet and yet close to the Old Town, with excellent restaurants, bakeries and shops on the doorstep. We loved the Nostress bakery for breakfast, and Field was excellent. The apartment was light, bright and welcoming, with a very comfortable bed, great shower room and plenty of space to relax. Marco was a great host, with excellent communication. Highly recommend, we enjoyed exploring Prague from this very peaceful location.

The location is excellent — close to the city center, shops, and public transport. The apartment was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and peaceful. Everything inside is new and well maintained. Marco’s home was beautiful, very clean and worked well for my husband and myself. The apartment itself is very modern and I loved that it had an espresso machine. It is in an old building with thick walls that kept it cool even in 30C heat. We struggled with the outside door when we first arrived, but once we understood it we had no more problems. Loved that we were in walking distance of great food and so many fabulous buildings, old and new!

This is a beautiful, clean, new apartment in a historical nice building. The apartment is white and yellow, and accommodates all your needs. It is about 100m to the street that hosts most expensive, elegant stores, which also leads to the most famous Old Town square or the bridge. Marco is a great host, fast responsive and communicative. We had a problem opening the main building door with the key provided then it was solved in less then 10 min.
